frank kramer

Steven Francis Kramer is an American radio personality. He met Frosty when he was a teenager. He attended Indiana University and was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Kramer joined Frosty as co-host of a radio show in Milwaukee just prior to, and instead of, graduating with a degree in Geological Sciences. From there, they moved together to Denver, where they were joined by Jamie White and became Denver's highest rated talk show for a number of years, before they brought the show to Star 98.7 in Los Angeles in 1998. Frank was named "The Hottest Man In Radio 2007/2008".[citation needed]

On the final episode of the show Frank alleged that Tom Leykis was the reason for the stations format change. He claimed that Leykis had not been willing to renegotiate his contract (something other on air personalities had been willing to do). Frank finished his story by using the dump button on himself for using foul language. At the end, where the apologies would normally be, he did say that Tom was still family and that brothers argue from time to time. Leykis disputed that claim in his final episode saying that if Frank had any real evidence he should present it. Leykis then proceeded to offer Frank a job to come work on his Santa Barbara ranch.
